Welcome to the only place on the internet that you can find both all things woodworking and also home brewing sodas. My name is Kaleo Kala, I am a furniture designer and maker. I graduated from The Australian School of Fine Furniture in 2007. There I spent two years learning the craft of fine furniture making. I implament those skills in a contemporary way.
Recently I fell in love with hand crafted sodas, specfically root beer. I found myself spending hours driving to different place just to get a 6 pack of something that I had never tried before. This has become a hobby, some might call it an obession. You have never tasted a good root beer until you’ve had a craft brewed root beer. This new hobby has lead me to attempt to brew my own root beer.
So as I chronicle my life in all things woodworking, I plan to intergrate my adventures in home brewing. I hope you come along for the ride.
